Terms of Service of VPNSPROVIDER

Company: VPNSPROVIDER (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

Welcome to VPNSPROVIDER. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our suite of digital products, including our Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, social media integration and management features (covering Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter), Gmail account integration tools, and our e-commerce platform.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. General Provisions & Account Management

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to form a binding contract with VPNSPROVIDER. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

1.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately at support@vpnsprovider.com of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

  • VPNSPROVIDER is not liable for losses caused by stolen credentials or account compromises resulting from your failure to maintain security.

2. Virtual Private Network (VPN) Service

2.1 Description & Fair Use

VPNSPROVIDER supplies virtual private network services to route your internet traffic through encrypted channels. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VPN software solely for personal or authorized business purposes.

2.2 Strict No-Logs & Data Handling

  • No-Logs Policy: We do not collect, store, or log your browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries.

  • Connection Data: We may collect minimal connection metadata (such as timestamps and total bandwidth transferred) strictly for service maintenance, load balancing, and support optimization.

2.3 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to use the VPN service for:

  • Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing.

  • Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing content.

  • Torrenting or downloading copyright-infringing materials where restricted by law.

  • Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse system infrastructure or violate this clause.

3. Social Media & Email Services (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Gmail)

VPNSPROVIDER provides connectivity, aggregation, automation, and analytics tools that interface with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Gmail).

3.1 Third-Party Terms & Compliance

  • Independent Platforms: Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.), TikTok (ByteDance Ltd.), X/Twitter (X Corp.), and Gmail (Google LLC) are owned and operated by independent third parties.

  • Compliance: Your use of these platforms through VPNSPROVIDER must strictly comply with each third party’s respective Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer/API Policies.

  • Account Responsibility: VPNSPROVIDER is not responsible for any actions, suspensions, shadowbans, or account restrictions imposed on your third-party social media or email accounts by the respective platform owners.

3.2 Automation & API Limits

  • You agree not to use our integration tools for sending spam, mass unauthorized automated messaging, rate-limit bypassing, or unauthorized scraping.

  • API key usage must adhere to the quota limits set by each platform and VPNSPROVIDER.

4. E-Commerce & Commercial Terms

4.1 Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure all descriptions, pricing, and availability details on our store are accurate. However, errors may occur.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Billing, Subscriptions, & Automatic Renewal

  • Payments: Purchases are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid, current payment details.

  • Recurring Billing: Subscription-based services auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 Refunds & Returns

  • Digital Services & VPN: Digital products and subscriptions are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, provided usage remains within fair limits.

  • Physical Goods (E-Commerce): Returns for physical items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, software, logos, website designs, text, graphics, and interface code associated with VPNSPROVIDER are the exclusive property of VPNSPROVIDER or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of our software or services without explicit written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Read this section carefully as it limits VPNSPROVIDER’s legal liability.

6.1 Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPNSPROVIDER expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our VPN, store, or third-party integrations.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VPNSPROVIDER, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

  • Any issues, suspensions, or bans affecting your accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or Gmail resulting from your actions or third-party enforcement.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to VPNSPROVIDER in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to VPNSPROVIDER services immediately, without prior notice, if:

  1. You commit a material breach of these Terms.

  2. We must do so by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

  3. Your conduct endangers the security, infrastructure, or performance of our platform or other users.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VPNSPROVIDER is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or brought exclusively in the courts of our primary jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

VPNSPROVIDER reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material updates by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
